How to prepare?
Wash salmon fillets and then using a kitchen towel, pat them dry. Season them with salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice over each salmon fillet. Place an induction-compatible pan on the induction cooktop. Pour olive oil on the pan and adjust the cooking mode to stir fry. Now, put salmon fillets in the pan. Press them gently. Cook until crispy and golden. Cook both sides properly. Add butter, chopped garlic, parsley and more lemon juice. If you don’t have fresh parsley, go for dried parsley. Before serving, garnish the pieces with lemon wedges and dried parsley.

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 to 3 Minced garlic cloves

How to prepare?
In a mixing bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Keep half of the marinade aside (to be used later) Place shrimps in the bowl and then add the marinade. Make sure that the marinade coats the shrimps properly. Allow shrimps to sit in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Place a skillet on an induction cooktop and heat olive oil for less than 30 seconds. Place shrimp in the skillet. Cook shrimp on one side until 30 to 45 seconds then flip them over. Pour the remaining marinade and cook it all for 2 minutes until shrimps are cooked thoroughly. Garnish the cooked shrimps with chopped green onions.
