1. Pudina chutney (mint chutney)
Pudina or mint chutney is a must recipe in many Indian households. This chutney makes an ideal side dish to have with rice. Mint leaves are extremely tender and have a pleasant aroma and so it is best that the chutney made of mint leaves remains raw and not cooked. Mint chutney is favoured by all as it is made in a jiffy. So, you should try making the chutney by grinding mint leaves, green chilies and some garlic cloves in a mixer grinder. When you get a smooth paste add lemon juice and black salt to taste. The chutney is ready to be served with rice.
2. Dhaniye ki chutney (coriender leaves chutney)
Dhaniya or coriander chutney makes for a wonderful combination with fried rice. The chutney of this aromatic green leaves is simply delicious and mouth-watering.
