Wash chicken, cut it into cubes and keep aside. Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken pieces. Make sure to coat all the sides properly. Make sure to turn the skewers once in between. Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
3. Barbecue chips:
One large potato
Two tablespoons of oil
A handful of chopped garlic
Salt, pepper, basil, and oregano as per taste
Wash and peel the potato and cut it into slices. Now in a large bowl, add the potato slices, salt, oil, garlic, basil, pepper, and oregano and mix well. Preheat the oven and grease the baking tray with oil. Place the potato slices on the baking tray and set the timer for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool for some time and serve with mayonnaise.
4. Paneer tikka:
Five hundred grams paneer
One sweet potato, tomato, bell pepper, onion
Tandoori masala
Half cup yoghurt
Salt as per taste
Wash the veggies and chop them into small cubes. Dice paneer and transfer the ingredients in a large bowl. Now add yoghurt, tandoori masala, and other masalas of your choice and mix well. Add salt as per taste. Skew the paneer pieces with other veggies and grill for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven. Serve with your favourite green chutney!
Pro tip: Setting the correct temperature is imperative to cook your food to perfection. Do preheat the appliance if the recipe says so. Avoid opening your OTG frequently while it is operating as the heat will escape, thereby increasing the cooking time. Moreover, use the right accessories.
