2) Storing dry herbs: The easiest way to store herbs is to dry them. You can air-dry the herbs and store them in glass jars. If you don’t have that much time and patience, then just air dry for a while and then dry them completely in your oven. To release the flavors of the herbs, gently crush them with your palms.
