
Non-Stick Cookware Set Recipes: Check Out How To Make Healthy Breakfast

1. Crepes
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
A pinch of salt
Melted butter
How to make it?
In a mixing bowl, whisk together maida and eggs. Add milk and water slowly. Keep stirring. Then add salt and butter; beat until smooth. Take a non-stick Tawa, brush it with melted butter. Pour the batter into the frypan and tilt the pan so that the batter spreads evenly. Make sure it is not too thick. Cook it for about 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown. Flip it to cook the other side. Garnish it with chocolate syrup and cut-up fruits like strawberries and bananas. Serve it hot.
2. Stir-fry baby corn:
7-8 baby corns
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
½ tsp white vinegar
½ monosodium glutamate (optional)
For garnishing spring onions
How to make it? In a non-stick frypan, pour 1 tsp olive oil. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute until brown. Add soy sauce and white vinegar. You can also add 2 tsp tomato ketchup. Add baby corn, salt and pepper. With a spatula, mix everything together. Before serving, garnish it with spring onions.
3. Stir-fried rice
2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
2 eggs, whisked
2 carrots, peeled and diced
Spring onions
1/2 cup peas
3 crushed garlic
Salt and black pepper
3–4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoons oil
How to prepare
Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai over medium-high heat. Add egg and cook until scrambled. Transfer it to a plate. Now, add oil and add garlic and then add carrots and peas. Add salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. On high flame, add soy sauce and white vinegar. Add rice and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. In the end, add eggs and stir until properly combined.
