1. French Fries

Heat oil in a pan and semi fry potato pieces coated in cornflour, all-purpose flour and salt. Let them cool and fry the semi fried potatoes coated in cornflour for the second time. Your crispy French fries are ready to be served.
2. Crispy Chilli Baby Corn
Chilli baby corn snacks are super easy to make. Turn on your kitchen hob. Heat oil in a pan and fry baby corn until golden in colour. In the remaining oil stir fry diced onion, green chillies, capsicum, chopped ginger-garlic, spring onion, and then add the fried baby corn. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and cornflour and mix well. Your dish is ready for your guests.
3. Chilli Chicken:
Make this fiery snack item without any hassles using this recipe. Marinate boneless chicken pieces in pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, egg white and salt for 20-30 minutes. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden in colour and keep aside. In the remaining oil add diced onion and chopped ginger-garlic. Let the onions cook ( don’t burn them), then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder and vinegar. Then add cornflour mixed in water. Let it come to a boil. Then add the fried chicken. Mix together well and your chilli chicken is ready.
4. Paneer Fritters:
Serve your vegetarian guests with scrumptious paneer fritters. In a bowl add gram flour, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, soda and salt to taste. Now switch on the kitchen hob and heat refined oil. Coat paneer chunks with the batter and deep fry the paneer till golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
5. Chicken Lollipop:
Chicken lollipop is an absolutely delicious starter item prepared in a jiffy. Marinate the whole chicken wings in paprika, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, cornflour and salt to taste. Put oil in the pan and add chopped onion, chopped ginger garlic, soya sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, honey and the fried chicken. Toss well and serve with spring onion.
