- Heat a pan and add butter
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and cashew paste (blend the ingredients separately in a mixer grinder till you get smooth paste)
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
- Add little water and put the diced paneer pieces.
- Add cream and mix well.
